My client is looking for a Sales Representative to look after an existing client base within the South East area. You will be responsible for managing the designated customer area, following a scheduled journey plan each day, meeting with clients and obtaining orders, exploring new opportunities, and help rectify any outstanding issues.

Other duties will include:

Check back orders and confirm with sales to cancel or send as necessary
To discuss any price changes with customers when visiting, or if not visiting by phone or email
Deal with any returns
Either collect or arrange collection via the sales office
Liaise with colleagues in the office and update both sales and accounts with any relevant information
Ask for any payments outstanding/overdue as informed by accounts and report back.
Refer any information to purchasing on new products requested by customers
Monitor competitor activity and feedback anything relevant to management
Attend exhibitions as required The ideal candidate would live in Milton Keynes which is the central area of the territory. You must have exceptional customer service skills, willingness to learn and the drive and determination to succeed!

This role is Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, 37.5 hrs per week, occasional weekends for shows which would then be added to holidays.

Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to drive. You must be prepared to travel to the main branch in Manchester for training.
