An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Sales Manager to join this world leading manufacturer of powered surgical instruments who are based in Buckinghamshire.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 7 sales office staff which will involve managing and relocating office workload, annual leave sign off an recruitment. You will also oversee and be involved in UK and export order processing, repairs administration, quotations, tenders and ensuring all delivery to KPI's are met.
Key skills/experience required for Office Sales Manager:
* Experience of working within a similar position
* Must be able to demonstrate commercial expertise
* Have experience directly managing a team of at least 4 people
* Ability to work productively and communicate ideas with all levels of the company
* Willingness to learn, improve and adapt
