Sales Negotiator – Milton Keynes – Temp contract

Fawkes and Reece are working with some great New Homes developers based in Kent. I am super keen to speak to experienced Sales negotiators.

As a private developer they are a bespoke company and therefore need their team need to be able to fit into a unique environment. They expect their sales staff to be able to cover all aspects of the job including every step right up to completion and all of the progression.

In this role you are expected to:

Gather information about a property.
Meet with clients and assess their needs.
Show clients around a new home.
Market and advertise the property.
Reach sales targets for the company.
Deal with phone and email queries.
