Internal Sales Team Manager – Milton Keynes

In this brand new role, we are working with a growing engineering business assisting them in their search for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Team Manager to be based from their Milton Keynes office

The Position:

Due to company growth we are looking from someone who can build a proactive, out-bound sales team of around ten heads.

This is a new role in a multi-million turnover business selling technical products to manufacturers.

It's a role that's been created because in the past, we've been too reactive. We need a motivated team to get our customers aware of all we have to offer.

Of course, you'll need to be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to recruit a team, make and deliver a strategy and the sales uplift that follows.

A technical, engineering, or distributor background would be nice, but really not necessary.

You'll need to have done this before, it just doesn’t not need to be from a particular background. It's a high-profile position, so you have every opportunity to get yourself noticed in reputable business.
