A well established and very successful awnings company have recently expanded their portfolio and are looking for a UK Sales Manager to join them.

Key Skills: Sales Manager, sales director, awnings, home improvements,

Salary: Circa £40,000 basic OTE £65k+ – uncapped – car and laptop etc.

Location: Home based, Home counties, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey, London.

They are looking for an experienced sales professional who has worked in the awnings or home improvement sales environment who has potential to help grow the business and develop a team of 8 sales professionals.

It is essential that you have a proven background in sales and previously have experience of working with the general public. You will be working exclusively from national press leads and keen to develop and motivate and small but well-established sales team. This role has great opportunity for the right person to become a sales director / national sales manager.

This will be a home-based role covering the UK. The majority of their clients are located in the Home Counties so ideally Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey, London based.

The company is expanding fast and they need a flexible can do attitude and the ability to grow a sales team.
