Sales Executive
You will be joining a progressive, private-equity backed startup as a Sales Executive. We provide an online platform for sending and receiving post, headquartered in Northampton.
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
– Hit activity KPIs and sales targets
– Maintaining an active Social Media presence (LinkedIn)
– Outbound lead generation
– Maintain the company CRM and log all inbound and outbound activity
– Maintain excellent customer relationships
– Maintain our fast response times for sales or support queries
– Product demonstrations, online and telephone meetings
– Customer implementation calls
– Hold user training sessions
– Account management and growth
– Support (and lead where required) customer implementations
– Develop an outstanding knowledge of the product
Sales Executive Requirements:
– Previous sales experience (consultative sales ideally)
– Track record of hitting targets
– Excellent telephone manner
– Computer literate, that means you could use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with your eyes closed!
– Technical experience/appreciation
– Experience of managing customer expectations
– The ability to prioritise workload, managing expectations and challenging where necessary
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
– The ability to work proactively and using own initiative
– Previous experience in a B2B sales environment

Job type: Permanent, Full Time (Part Time considered), 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 – OTE £30k-35k (uncapped)
Hours: 9am – 5:30pm
Location: Remote Working
