Answering inbound calls and contacting customers by telephone for the purpose of arranging a funeral or setting up a funeral plan.
Your role will be to:
* provide customers with information about funeral products or funeral plans to ensure customer understanding of the product.
* confirm to customers the options available for the type of funeral product or funeral plan required
* explain to customers full details of the funeral product or funeral plan and take the necessary information required to purchase the funeral product or set up the funeral plan with the relevant funeral plan provider
* comply with industry code of practises
* comply with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) requirements including Treating the Customer Fairly
Key Responsibilities & Competencies:
Funeral Product & Funeral Plan Sales
1. Making outbound calls to customers in response to the customer inquiry
2. Receiving inbound calls from customers who have a funeral requirement or are interested in funeral plans
3. Provide customers with correct and accurate information
4. Arranging funerals and setting up funeral plans for customers
5. Achievement of monthly sales targets
6. Process client payments
7. Complete additional tasks as requested by your line manager
