Halo Resourcing are recruiting for a fabulous sales team, based just north of Newport Pagnell Milton Keynes, within a dynamic, rapidly growing, and extremely secure business, who have traded throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, putting the safety of their consultants and the continued service to their clients at the forefront of their ethos.

This role would suit an enthusiastic person entering their career and wanting to study and develop or a more experienced person looking for an exciting environment to work in with the ability to earn amazing amounts of commission.

You must be prepared to work long hours, but the reward for doing so more than makes up for it.

Typicality, you will work 8am-6.30pm Monday-Saturday.

The role offers up to a £25,000 basic, but you will earn around £100,000 per year if you hit target.  The targets are all achievable and there are many staff that do earn this and in excess of this year on year.

You will need to be prepared to work in a very busy and bustling environment, prepared to do outbound sales calls to warm leads (enquiries into the business), and convert them into finance agreements.
  
Main Responsibilities:
Dealing with business finance enquires
Identifying the requirements of customers over the phone and completing a customer proposal form.
Completing self-populating documents for the client to sign
Recording all customer information and updating the corporate database.
Chasing customer enquiries to complete a finance transaction at set rates and commissions.
Calls to previous applicants that have enquired into services

Dress code for the office is a suit and tie.
