Location: Main location Milton Keynes, with potential for remote working

Equation Recruitment have a new opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join a forward-thinking organisation within the construction industry.

The main purpose of the role will be to promote and sell the companies products and services via inbound and outbound calling activity. You will support the sales team in identifying new leads, maintaining client relationships, account management, managing client needs, achieving KPI's and client retention.

Your main responsibilities:

*Answer all inbound calls, and address customer/sales team needs
*Telemarket customers and prospects
*Make outgoing telemarketing and tele-sales calls to leads identified through the marketing pipeline
*Identify new leads
*Answer all email to the sales inbox effectively and efficiently
*Support sales staff by completing and processing orders
*Maintain and update the CRM system
*Monitor month-end goals, achieve KPIs
*Book appointments and make travel arrangements
*Sales tracking documentation upon request
*Arrange for samples to be sent out and ensure their arrival
*Make quote follow up and project chasing calls

What you need:

*Proven experience in a Sales Support, Technical Sales, Telemarketing role, ideally within the construction sector or similar
*Good IT skills and use of CRM systems
*Some experience with selling over the phone, order taking, and quote follow up
*Ideally some estimating experience
