Due to a restructure of the business a new position has arisen for a Sales Director EMEA. This is a role covering the UK and EMEA, in addition to a salary of £90,000 – £100,000 pa, the company offers an annual bonus, equity potential, healthcare and car allowance of £700 p/m. The company provides a chemical free remote disinfection solution into a variety of sectors.
As a Sales Director EMEA you will:
* Inspire and support the sales team in the growth of their assigned EMEA territories
* Work alongside the CEO to continue the growth strategy of the organisation – they are looking to achieve an expected growth to £16 Million in 3 years
* Be given autonomy over recruitment and establish how many employees are needed to achieve the growth strategy
* Define the new business plan including budgeting, forecasting and sales and marketing activities in agreement with established business unit strategy
* Establish quarterly KPI’s and drive organisational alignment and mobilise resources to successful implementation
The successful Sales Director EMEA will have the following skills and experience:
* Bachelor’s degree
* Be a strategic sales professional who can analyse the selling channel concepts
* Have demonstrable business development experience including managing distributor / dealer sales teams
* Experience of industries such as HVAC, Air Handling Units, UV PLASMA, UVC and Ice Machines
* Proven leadership and people management skills
* Excellent business orientation and acumen
* The ability to travel internationally throughout Europe and potentially the Middle East
