We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Development Representative to join a leading business generation consultancy company in Milton Keynes. The salary for this position is £25,000 to £30,000 + discretionary annual bonus.
Our client works with organisations to help foster business relationships and support their business growth They do this through multiple channels, delivering business generation campaigns to their customer's ideal prospects.
As Sales Development Representative you'll be managing client relationships while executing campaigns on their behalf that demonstrate value against each client’s unique deliverables and ensure a positive return on investment.
Responsibilities
Engage with prospects via email, phone, social, video and voice messaging
Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships
Maintain relationships in order to expand client contracts
Support marketing to test and learn campaign strategies and deliver success for clients
Produce and deliver data results for weekly reporting to clients whilst highlighting any success and challenge points Key Skills & Qualifications
As Sales Development Representative, you are a confident, agile individual who is able to learn on the job. You're a good communicator and listener who is able to disrupt a prospects way of thinking. You also have:
Experience in sales (at least 3 years)
The ability to be credible and build trust to create a buying relationship
Experience with Microsoft programs and working with a CRM
An intermediate level of understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and create data lists, with experience using email, LinkedIn, and the Phone to deliver sales development campaigns.
The ability to scope target audiences, decision marker information, and fully qualified data sets for campaigns
The ability to understand tonality and apply it to campaigns and personas
The ability to comfortably handle data, data analytics and cleanse data within Excel
The ability to understand data results, curate and deliver these backs to the client
