Fire & Security Sales Consultant
Home Counties – Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Kent and Essex
OTE – £55k – £60k per annum
Must have experience of working in a similar role but not necessarily within the same sector as some training will be provided.
Our client are expanding and we now have a role for an Sales Consultant covering parts of the Midlands down to the South. You'll be part of a busy, dynamic sales and design team for one of the largest fire and security companies with offices all across the UK. You'll be part of a Group who employ 53,000 people in nearly 2,800 locations worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Fully manage a portfolio of existing customers and be solely responsible for sales generation from those existing accounts.
Maintain accurate records within SalesForce for all customer/influencer activity
Ensure optimum cross-selling activity of all related Fire & Security products.
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager.
Provide reliable and accurate sales forecasts to the Field/Regional Sales Manager on the 7th and 17th of each month.
Accurately complete the necessary documentation regarding any spec/design in accordance with the required standards and codes of practice.
Liaise with all relevant internal departments as necessary.
Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
Effective and efficient territory planning
Objectives:
Achieve or exceed sales installation OV targets.
Ensure that CRM records (inc. diaries) are maintained promptly and accurately.
Maintain a regular liaison with identified key influencers.
Proactively research, identify and convert new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records within SalesForce for all customer/influencer activity.
Ensure optimum cross-selling activity of all related fire & security products.
Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in conjunction with the sales manager.
Provide reliable and accurate sales forecasts to the sales manager.
Fully manage a portfolio of existing customers and be solely responsible for sales generation from those existing accounts.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, to be results-driven and have a hunger to succeed.
Experience of working in a Sales environment (Doesn't have to be Fire or Security)
To achieve or exceed Recurring Revenue Targets.
To achieve or exceed Key Response Targets.
Self-motivated
Attention to detail.
Benefits/Package:
OTE £55K – £60K depending on experience.
3% commission on new business installation OV orders.
Up to 1.5% commission accelerator on installation OV orders when target is exceeded each quarter.
7.5% commission on all annual charges rising to 11.5% once monthly target has been reached.
Quarterly bonus incentives of £600 each quarter
Annual bonus incentives up to £2,000 per annum
Achieving all four quarterly targets £1,000 (to incentivise consistency)
Attractive benefits package including health & life insurance plus pension.
The annual target for this role is £300K per annum.
