As the Sales and Office Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:
* General administration duties.
* Processing sales orders, quotations and trial sample management.
* Preparing commercial offers.
* Handle incoming calls.
* Order management, registration, billing and shipping products.
* Support the flow of goods from the Japanese parent company to customers.
* Stock control.
* Evaluate, develop and improve the training programs.
* Maintain data and record keeping.
The experience required…
As a successful Sales and Office Administrator, you will have the following:
* 1-2 years of experience working within a similar role.
* Strong analytic skills to identify the underlying principles, motivations, reasons, or facts by breaking down information or data into separate parts.
* Excellent IT skills are essential, particularly Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: £23,000 Per annum
Location: Central Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm. Overtime at advanced rates from 5:45pm.
