As the Sales Administrator your role will involve the following important duties:
* General administrative duties.
* Maintenance of customer and prospect database.
* Building and maintaining relationships with current customers.
* Supporting existing customers and upselling to existing and new customers.
* Providing support at trade fairs, exhibitions and events etc.
* Passing on feedback from the market and customers to relevant people/departments.
The experience required…
As a successful Sales Administrator, you will have the following:
* Experience in a similar/relevant environment
* Experience within a sales role and communication technology.
* Excellent IT Skills.
* Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
Summary of the Sales Administrator role…
Salary: £22,000 – £25,000 per annum DOE.
Location: Milton Keynes
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full-time.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
