The role:
As a Sales Director you will be responsible for building and scaling multiple sales teams and hitting quotas to help drive revenue growth.
Building and scaling successful new-business and account management sales teams.
Working cross-functionally with global teams across marketing, sales, and product to define a roadmap for growth.
Proactively identifying any risks, challenges or issues that might hinder a renewal and using resources to overcome this
Performance management, development, and coaching of software sales teams.
Understanding the product and it's place in the market to help your team identify key pain points and opportunities for acquiring new-business and growing accounts.
About you:
Successful track-record of hitting new-business sales quota with deal sizes upwards of £200,000.
Successful track-record of building and scaling software sales teams in multiple locations.
Ideally educated to degree level / equivalent
The package:
Basic salary to £150,000 (circa £250,000 OTE) + benefits
Chance to play a key role building successful sales teams and helping the business grow exponentially.
Great benefits package and flexible working (2-days a week in the office)
The Sales Director role will suit candidates based in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire who can travel in to the office 2-days per week ideally.
