SaaS Customer Success Manager – Aylesbury/Remote UK – £35,000 plus OTE & Package

We are helping one of the UK’s fastest growing high tech start-ups. They are on a mission use technology to improve physical safety and product sustainability through simply amazing software.

Due to continued growth and demand for their products they now urgently a skilled SaaS Customer Success Manager OR Account Manager from a SaaS background to join their team in Aylesbury. Their Work from Home policy is flexible to suit you and can be fully remote if desired.
The role would suit an existing Account Manager or CSM or someone from a business development role looking to transition into an AM/CSM role

Realistic Y1 OTE is expected to be £50,000.

To be a successful, the ideal candidate will have:

Experience of managing existing clients to cross and upsell SaaS products
Experience of nurturing accounts to increase sales and profitability
Great personality and naturally collaborative
Friendly, willing to learn and a love of tech What is in it for you?
