£70k Package Including Uncapped Bonus, Car Allowance, Health, Pension

As a result of their commercial foresight and agility they have thrived in adverse market conditions and have recently acquired major new contracts in both private and public sectors.
Due to their ongoing expansion and significant reinvestment, they are looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to their successful sales team. Working closely with the Head of Sales your role will be wide ranging and diverse, seeking out new business opportunities within existing and prospective customers, both in the Midlands and North, driving your personal sales pipeline and managing and growing relationships.
You will be an experienced field sales professional within a manufacturing environment and will intuitively understand and relish the challenges and opportunities inherent to working in a privately owned, creative and rapidly evolving, manufacturing business. Profit focussed, you will recognise and actively seek higher margin business by offering bespoke solutions and adding value to every level of the client relationship
