My client is looking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. You will build sustainable revenue through fostering relationships with large regional accounts, whilst also managing cash and debt considerations. You will be tasked with ensuring profitable portfolio growth by securing significant new business. You will be responsible for forging and maintaining strong professional relationships within the company and all third party suppliers and customers.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of regional customers.
* Arranging appointments and follow up meetings with existing and potential customers.
* Co-ordinate all sales enquiries ensuring that details are passed to appropriate team members
* Grow existing customer accounts and attract significant new business in order to increase profitable revenue through site visits prospecting and structured sales plans.
* Ensure effective ongoing communication with all parties to ensure customer relationships are managed.
* Tender and negotiation of new deals and driving maximum potential through all propositions.
Candidates must have a proven track record of driving profitable revenue from large regional accounts and capable of delivering on target sales and margin performance.
This isn’t a 9-5 role and will need candidates to go the extra mile whenever required.
In return you will be given a basic salary of between £35k-£40k plus bonus, company car, company benefits and generous holiday allowance. Due to the nature of this role you must have a driving lisence.
