Recruitment Trainee

Ever considered working in the Recruitment Industry but did not know how to get a foot on the ladder?

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people but has never had the opportunity to progress their career.

An external Training Consultant will provide great training along with a comprehensive induction plan, regular review meetings and support from friendly colleagues.

You will have full support and advice every step of the way.

Have you worked in a fast-paced Customer Service/Call Centre environment and would like to have the chance to advance your career into something more challenging and rewarding?

My client will also consider people who have tried Recruitment in the past but felt they never got the training necessary to be successful. Sadly, this happens!

Anyone can apply providing you have the passion and desire to work in Recruitment. The only requirement is that you need to submit a covering letter with your CV, to explain why you feel you would be good at the job and why you would like to apply.

I am looking for people with the willingness to learn, who enjoys helping people, and is honest, reliable, and hard working. A confident and energetic personality goes without saying. No one wants to speak with a miserable Recruiter!

You must be willing to work to targets and not fear talking to people over the phone as the role will involve plenty of telephone work.

You must be able to drive and have your own car as my client works in a remote location with no access to public transport.

Salary: £18,000 to £21,000 depending on experience + monthly commission and annual bonuses
