Position Title:                                  Recruitment Consultant – Psychological Therapies
Reporting To:                                  Divisional Manager
Location:                                          Kents Hill Business Park, Milton Keynes
Working Hours:                              8.30am – 17:30pm
Terms:                                              Permanent/Full time

What you will do:
You will run a hot, fast paced 360 temporary recruitment desk based in Milton Keynes, and support the Divisional Manager in growing the department. This position is suitable for an experienced recruiter, or someone with direct sales experience that would like to be trained by a successful team.

The position:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for growing your own desk of locums from a warm database of candidates and extensive list of clients.

You will build key relationships with our clients and grow your business through proactive canvassing. Our Psychological Therapies team is has been running a few years now and shown impressive growth, we are now looking for the right individual to take it to the next level!

Ideally an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is from the healthcare sector or who has worked in any fast paced recruitment sector.
A hungry, self motivated, reliable individual with sales experience looking for a career that will reward those who work hard.
A champion relationship builder with a proven record in sales and business development.
Self driven, organised, can multi task and have excellent time management skills.
