Quality Personnel have an opportunity to join our busy independent recruitment agency.

Working as a Recruitment Consultant based in central Milton Keynes – salary negotiable – depending on experience.

This is an office-based role within a large and modern working environment. You’ll be working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week (8.30am until 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch).

We’re interested in speaking with people who have previous recruitment experience due to the busy nature of the role.

We’re open to the industry you’ve previously worked within, although you’ll be joining our Office division.

Our Office division deal with temporary, temp to perm, contract and permanent opportunities within Administration, Customer Service, Finance/Accounts, HR, IT, Marketing, Procurement, Sales and Supply Chain.

This is a role that requires self-motivation, teamwork, and resilience. It’s fast paced, and you’re often interrupted, and plans change throughout the day. You should enjoy dealing with people as we have a diverse candidate base.

Your goal will be to generate and fill jobs. You’ll do this by calling new clients and developing existing business. Attracting candidates, writing eye catching adverts, sourcing candidates using social media and a variety of job boards, following our processes to confirm ID and right to work checks.

You’ll get to know our working candidate base by regularly keeping in touch and building relationships whilst they are working for us in addition to daily keep in touch calls with candidates who are available for work.

It’s a fast-paced environment and you should genuinely enjoy dealing with people and be able to accurately log your calls on our CRM system (training will be given).
