We are looking for somebody with either a demonstrable history of building excellent customer relationships or somebody with the potential and desire to do so. You will be working in a small, professional, and extremely successful recruitment team and your role will be a vital one.

As a professional Recruitment Consultant your daily activities will be divided between building upon existing client and candidate relationships and forging new ones whenever and wherever possible.

In return this is what you can expect from us:

A basic salary of between £25,000 and £35,000
Uncapped commission of up to 15% with no targets and no thresholds

Mobile phoneYou will become a key member of a small team, and whilst you will be given excellent support and training, we encourage individualism and entrepreneurialism within the boundaries of professionalism and commerciality.

This role could suit somebody within the recruitment industry already, or somebody who has not worked within the recruitment industry but wants to join in and feels passionate about providing a world-class level of customer service.
