This is an opportunity where you attain a Business Degree and are paid as you work, so there is no debts at the end of the degree. You will go to university one day a week.

To qualify you will need:

Grade 6 GCSE English

Predicted grade B in at least one of their A levels (or equivalent qualification).

Degree Apprenticeship (BA Hons Business Studies)

Also gaining Chartered Manager Status

Your role

In this role you will be recruiting for the perfect fit for our clients' business needs, placing professionals in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Technical and Managerial positions within leading companies throughout the UK and Europe. You will become a specialist within either the Pharmaceutical, Scientific, Medical Devices, Consumer, Dental, Animal Health or Healthcare Communications sector, and will be responsible for growing my clients portfolio.

Job Package

All my clients’ sales roles offer high earnings potential, thanks to the uncapped commission structure. £16,000 basic, including day release to university (equivalent to £20,000 non-apprenticeship role).

Apprentices are expected to be earning between £30,000 and £45,000 by the end of their apprenticeship; this is dependent on their personal application and development.

My client believes in the importance of having a healthy working environment, there are many facets to this, including monthly social events, as well as hosting two conferences a year.
