I currently recruiting for a Customer Service Executive to start immediately. This role is working for a reputable company who are growing at an incredible rate who have an excellent working environment. This is a really exciting time to be joining the customer service team!
As a Customer Service Executive you will be providing high quality customer service via email and over the telephone. Upon joining you will be concentrating on outbound calls to existing and lapsed clients. You will also support customers with their queries and be consistent delivering a high level of customer service, processing orders, Identify trends on customer feedback and help support with shipping errors.
Administration is also a key part of the role and having an eye for detail. You will need to be a team player and enthusiastic about customer service. You must be confident in using Word, Excel and quick to learn new systems.
A background in customer service and sales administration is essential for this position. You will need to be proactive, a desire to get involved, pick up the phone and have the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers.
