Our Milton Keynes-based client is looking for an Outbound Call Agent to join them on a temporary basis for up to two months, starting ASAP. This would be an office-based role which would involve making a high volume of outbound calls to people on the clients’ database that are entitled to a package deal, and booking them in if they are interested.

Position: Outbound Call Agent   

Location: Milton Keynes or Northampton

Hours: Flexible – Any hours between 10am-6pm on Saturday’s and Sundays, and between 2pm -7.30pm on Mondays to Friday, will be considered

Salary: £8.91 per hour   

The job will involve…

–          Making a high volume of outbound calls to people on the clients’ database

–          Sending follow up emails to potential customers

–          Leaving messages

–          Explaining the service and promotions to customers

–          Booking people in who have an interest in the service

The Person will…

–          Possess good communication skills including an excellent telephone manner

–          Have a good standard of IT skills

–          Have the ability to pick up work quickly

–          Have the ability to work well within a team and on their own initiative   

–          Be a motivated individual   

–          Be available to start ASAP.
