Support an extensive existing client base by expertly understanding client stakeholder’s needs.
Understand our clients pain points and needs and solve them
Show deep experience in securing new clients
Have extensive working experience with NHS procurement
processes and booking services
Produce and present materials that demonstrate the value of Charterhouse as a commercial partner
Be innovative in exploring new ways of doing business that support client demand
Demonstrate extensive experience in empathetically feeding back to consultants.
Be responsible and accountable for attracting and recruiting the best talent to build an excellent client team.
Develop, guide and mentor team members in career and competencies

Resolve client issues quickly and expertly and in harmony with the rest of the business
.
Work closely with senior management team to drive improvements and performance enhancements across all aspects of the business
.
Must have:
A minimum of 2 years running or working at a senior level in a similar function at an NHS Framework employment agency in a client-facing role
Be able to work without a visa in the UK
Be able to attend our offices Monday to Friday
Experience in data management, including building reports
Above average MS Office skills
