We are currently looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, driven salesperson to join our innovative and rapidly growing organisation as a New Business Sales Executive.
This is a key position focused on growing recurring revenue, selling our Health and Safety Compliance software and supporting services, and occasionally other products required for customers to comply with legislation.
The role is primarily responsible for selling our software to new prospective customers.
The role is largely office-based selling with a primary focus on the public sector and many other private sector organisations. Customer visits may be required for larger prospects.
This is an opportunity for a dynamic and driven sales professional to join a respected provider in an exciting and expanding sector. You will be developing business streams within the Health & Fire Safety technical services marketplace for a successful, expanding organisation.
The company is looking to recruit a professional with experience of selling services, ideally for Health & Fire Safety Management. You will ideally have a proven classic sales training and / or a successful experience selling to Local Authorities / LEA's & schools or similar, or the medical surgery and care sector. We will consider candidates wishing to break into a sales role, but will be looking for excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, self-drive and a full driving licence.
The purpose of the role is to generate recurring revenue from new customers by selling a compelling proposition to switch customers from their current services supplier to us and also: –
Achieve monthly & annual sales and activity targets.
Gain new business via the existing prospect database and digital networks (e.g. LinkedIn).
Manage a pipeline of outstanding quotations to ensure monthly targets are met.
Target multiple site prospects within a defined geographical area.
Accurately prepare and present contracts and associated paperwork to prospective clients.
Respond to all customer enquiries as per their expectation or agreed SLA.
Regularly complete and adhere to an individual sales plan, activity report and accurate sales forecast within the timescales required.We would welcome applications with the following; New Business, Sales Executive, Sales, Business Development, BDM, B2B, Negotiation, Services, IT Literate, MS Office, Communication.
Essential Skills
Evidence of successful sales experience from within a related target driven environment.
As a service-based seller, a consultative sales approach is required and therefore a knowledge or understanding of service contracts would be advantageous.
Experience in face-to-face B2B customer negotiations.
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
UK Driving Licence.Desirable Skills
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate resilience and aptitude required for new business sales.
Be a proven self-starter with confidence and self-belief in own ability to identify and sell to new customers.
Demonstrate commitment, willingness and enthusiasm to work hard and efficiently to produce the activity levels required to meet and exceed targets.
Possess excellent engagement skills with ability to communicate at all levels.About Company
