Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 per annum + bonus and company car
Location: Milton Keynes with the potential of some home working
Type of Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday

As the National Sales Director your role will involve the following important duties:
The experience required…
Commercial and organisational responsibility for the entire Welding Business Unit.
Responsible for the Strategy/Business Plan Realisation of the Business Unit.
Management and development of all Business units belonging to departments and activities.
Dealing with the day to day management of the employees.
Budgeting, sales controlling, risk management and full cost responsibility for the Business Unit.
Comprehensive controlling and steering of sales activities and tools.
Generate sales and contracts
As a successful National Sales Director, you will have the following:
Welding experience and knowledge of the welding processes is essential.
Strong team management experience is essential.
International sales experience.
Willingness to travel as some international travel may be required.
Highly developed team approach.
Target – orientated and self-motivated.
