We cover the UK, parts of Europe, and the USA. So as you can imagine, our working hours can stretch beyond the traditional 9 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday.

As the Marketing Sourcer, it will be your job to Find, Connect, Call, and hold Video Meetings with prospective candidates who are either actively in today’s job market or open to having a conversation about upcoming opportunities.

You will need;

* Confidence

* Good telephone manner

* Communication Skills both Verbal and written

* Microsoft Packages experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Willing to do Video Calls daily

* Team Contributor

* Attention to detail
