The successful candidate will be working in a small team alongside the Sales Director to generate qualified, quality leads for the business.

The purpose of this role is to complete outbound B2B cold-calling to build and maintain relationships with potential customers across the UK. As a Lead Generator you must be comfortable handling large volumes of outbound calls and be able to stay calm under pressure. You must be comfortable working towards KPI's and sales targets and going the extra mile for the customers.

Key Duties as a Lead Generator:

* Making outbound calls to prospect businesses in order to arrange qualified appointments or scheduled calls

* Calling past and current customers in order to identify up-sell, cross-sell and win back opportunities

* Managing your open leads and ensuring that all leads are being progressed in the pipeline

* Present unique solutions which save our customers time & money

* To achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs

* Reporting on your activity and results

* Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales journey

* Present daily forecasts of upcoming sales to your Team Manager

* Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers

* Updating CRM database with all information received

* Undertake specific tasks and projects as directed by the Sales Director

Key Skills Required:

* Experience in a Lead Generation or Sales based role

* Excellent telephone manner

* A professional approach to team and client relationships

* A bright and sparky personality is essential and ambition is a MUST!

* A positive and outgoing personality and a desire to succeed

* A motivated person who is passionate about sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience

* Experience/an interest in digital technology is a strong advantage

* The ability to work towards KPI's and targets
