Lead Generation Executive
Location: Milton Keynes MK16 9PU – Currently Home Based
Salary: £25k (OTE £43k) plus company bonus, £5k
Contract: Permanent, Full Time

The Marketing Team is responsible for generating B2B leads via marketing campaigns and converting them into quality qualified leads for the Business Development (BD) team, who are accountable for turning these into new business revenue.
Lead Generation Executive – The Role:
To directly build and nurture relationships with B2B leads, understanding their needs and how we can support them with our services. This role is fundamental to improving quality, velocity and conversion rate through the sales funnel and ensuring a smooth handover to the BD team.
As Lead Generation Executive, you will build and nurture relationships with B2B leads, understanding their needs and how we can support them with our professional services.
Tasks and responsibilities:
* Nurture and convert business leads from all routes-to-market to appointment booking stage.
* Website & telephone
* Account Based Marketing (ABM)
* Introductions
* Partnerships
* Provide comprehensive briefing notes for the Business Development team to ensure a smooth handover as contacts move through the sales funnel.
* Use a combination of tools and information sources to identify and build relationships with decision makers. These tools could be, but are not limited to:
* Phone calls
* Emails
* Social media
* Reverse IP tracking
* Support Account Based Marketing campaigns through proactive contact of target decision makers to increase campaign engagement and conversion rate.
* Identify further target clients to add to the ABM campaign lists.
* Respond to inbound enquiries from the website and social media platforms to qualify and generate new business leads.
* Follow up on Introductions passed from clients, colleagues and partners to qualify and generate new business leads.
* Input accurate data to HubSpot Marketing Automation and CRM tools to maintain compliant and informative records.
* Work with the Marketing and Business Development teams to provide campaign design and feedback.
* Work closely with the Marketing team to develop, implement and test highly effective processes that convert leads.
* Identify and implement opportunities in the sales and marketing funnel to improve the speed, cost and quality of lead generation, nurture and conversion.
Lead Generation Executive – The Candidate:
This is a key role within our business and as such demands a proven professional, with previous B2B lead generation experience. Your excellent organisational, networking and communication skills, both verbal and written, will be instrumental to your success in this role. As will your strong working knowledge of the sales and marketing pipeline, combined with Marketing tools and analysis.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
* Clear and persuasive communicator.
* Tenacious in the pursuit of leads, with the ability to think creatively to overcome barriers.
* Looks to continuously optimise ways of working to improve the lead nurturing process.
* Ability to build relationships with senior decision makers in B2B sales conversations.
* Understanding target sectors and client characteristics.
* Knowledge of competitive landscape.
* Ability to competently articulate the features and benefits of our professional services, adapting the approach to each client.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Highly organised team player with a commitment to working to high standards.
* Ability to work under pressure of deadlines.
* Competent use of Microsoft Office software, and experience of using a B2B CRM system.
