This is an outstanding distributor relationship management role with a market leading manufacturing company. They provide a huge range of products into the hospitality and catering sector and have been established for over 30 years still enjoying phenomenal growth.
To apply for this role, you must have experience of selling into the hospitality market and/or experience managing key distributors.
The role focusses on building long-term growth from existing trade distributors, working with their sales teams, delivering product and sales training. A high emphasis of the role is managing and motivating the distributors to sell your products over the competition together with providing manufacturer's support to the distributor's sales reps out 'in the field'.
With field sales experience, ideally in the catering market you will be a sales professional that genuinely seeks 'win-win' partnerships for long term growth alongside your distributor network. The role will be both home and office based, managing the South East.
In terms of job satisfaction, working environment, employee benefits, company reputation, training and support this is one of the most exciting opportunities we've recruited in the last 12 months!!
I would suggest this is the perfect role for an individual frustrated by the daily, unremitting drive for new business and new clients – And is now looking for a role that is more consultative and strategic account management focussed.
To be considered for this role you will be able demonstrate exceptional sales, relationship management / account management experience having worked on long sales cycles, managed multiple projects and developed outstanding people skills. You will be a self-starter that wants the opportunity to make the difference and as you will be in a highly visible role within a dynamic growing business there is huge potential for career progression.
With full P&L responsibility you will be given the support, training and leadership to ensure great success and job satisfaction. Honesty and integrity are essential ingredients to become successful within this organisation. The ability to develop relationships at senior levels is essential and this role is ideal for an individual frustrated by a lack of career opportunities.
