Seeking a charismatic Sales Manager (Inbound), with experience in driving a sales team (10) towards reaching targets.

Previous experience

Carrying out weekly 1-1s and monthly development planning is a must.
Reliable point of escalation when it comes to troubleshooting, problem/solution solving.
Capable of allocating team resources effectively to progress multiple projects simultaneously.Working within a prestigious brand within their field.
