We are working with an exciting business based in Buckingham, who are after a driven, motivated, and hungry Outbound & Inbound Sales Executive! They are paying £21k-£25k OTE £30K-£35K.This is a New Business sales role with warm leads and provided leads. All we need is a driven sales professional to come in and make the calls & close sales over the line! All the tools are there, it is over to you now!

Business Development, Internal Sales, Sales Executive

Please be aware, the role is based in BUCKINGHAM however they are in Banbury at the moment. They will be moving to Buckingham in a matter of months! We ideally want someone who lives in Buckingham.

Your role will be to:

-provide customers with information about products
-confirm to customers the options available for the type of or plan required.
-explain to customers full details of the product or plan and take the necessary information required to purchase the product or set up the plan with the relevant plan provider
-comply with industry code of practises
-comply with FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) requirements including Treating the Customer Fairly

Key Responsibilities & Competencies:

1. Making outbound calls to customers in response to the customer inquiry
2. Receiving inbound calls from customers who have arequirement or are interested in funeral plans
3. Provide customers with correct and accurate information
4. Arranging funerals and setting up plans for customers
5. Achievement of monthly sales targets
6. Process client payments
7. Complete additional tasks as requested by your line manager
8. Leads will be provided to you! This is a targeted sales role

This is a small company, they have brand new offices in Buckingham now, you will be working with a team of 6 other sales executives and will be expected to be in the office.
