Internal Sales Executive / Account Manager
£30k plus bonus (OTE £45k), pension, 25 days holiday, employee benefits package.

* To be considered for the role of Internal Sales Executive / Account Manager, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
* Experience as a B2B account manager or internal sales specialist.
* Construction or Software sales experience.
* Experience of working in an internal sales team as an Internal Sales Executive / Account Manager.
* Able to plan, organise and execute a call plan to drive sales to meet the portfolio’s budgeted sales and margin goals.
* Experience of managing a portfolio of existing/lapsed/prospect accounts.
* Knowledge of building and maintaining a target list of prospects for direct sales outbound calls and field based prospect visits.
* Strong academic background.
* A track record in developing construction or software sales and opening new business.
* Excellent communication skills to enhance existing and create new business relationships.
* Positive and proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
