An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing company specialising in biometrics and security in their sales department. You will be joining an expanding team as a Telesales Executive and will be offered a competitive salary of up to £20-25k basic with a realistic OTE of £30-35k per annum. Excellent benefits include 23 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown as well as flexitime and casual dress in the office. The company is also open to part time hours and hybrid home/office working.
The successful candidate for this telesales executive role will have some business-to-business telesales experience. You will have positive and energetic disposition and be able to build rapport with clients without following a script.
Your main objective will be to book appointments via proactive telesales for the field based business development consultants. You will be making up to 100 calls per day however your results are more important than call numbers and you will be targeted at 30 appointments per month. You will be paid commission on two areas, volume of appointments and resulting sales.
