Our client is seeking an internal Sales Coordinator to join their ambitious and well-established UK business working in their Milton Keynes based office.
Position: Internal Sales Coordinator
Hours: Full Time – Office based
Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 17:00 and 08:30 to 16:30 on Friday’s
Salary: £25,(Apply online only) to 28,(Apply online only) per annum DOE
The job will involve…
Answering incoming calls
Qualifying incoming leads via email and phone
Passing leads on to Area Sales Managers
Generating customer quotes and creating orders from marketing leads
Updating databases using CRM
Helping to manage the internal sales inbox
Ad hoc marketing requests
Use of postal and courier systems to send catalogues and merchandise
The person will…
A team player with strong speaking and interpersonal skills.
Able to work autonomously, proactively managing personal workload
Good time management, have flexibility, multi-tasking and organizational skills
Good level of IT skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel, and CRM or similar experience is essential in this role although some training can be given.
Trustworthy and accommodating with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Committed to providing excellent customer service.
