Quality Personnel is working with their global client based in Milton Keynes to recruit and Internal Sales Co-ordinator.

You’ll be supporting two busy Account Managers and working within a team of 10.

You should be computer literate and ideally used SAP and Excel be able to juggle a fast moving and demanding workload, whilst being able to meet deadlines and ensuring your work is of a high standard. Accuracy is very important in this role as is the speed at which you work.

An overview of the role (a full JD is available)

Main point of contact for customers, setting up new customer accounts accurately

Generating sample orders within agreed timescales, informing customers of delivery status and gaining customer feedback

Preparing quotations in accordance with pricing and the responsible account manager

Providing customers with documentation specifications

Processing and progressing orders (ensuring delivery and lead times are met)

Reviewing content of customer orders, verifying quotation and order, identifying variances and taking corrective actions

Providing customers with order documentation; certificate of analysis, delivery note, invoices etc

Creating invoices, credit and debit notes and returns for customers, resolving payment queries and ensuring payment terms are upheld by the customer (chasing overdue invoices as required)

Regularly monitoring order quantities, batch sizes, delivery packaging, payment receipts and complaints and preparing corresponding customer specific business information reports.

Benefits

Annual bonus based on performance £1,500. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour lunch, free parking, 27 days + bank hols (rising to 30 with each year of service). Pension 5% cont, kitchen & shower facilities.
