Inside Sales Representative

We have an opportunity for the right candidate to join our UK sales team. The inside sales role is office based and part of our compact and active UK sales team. As a member of the PLANSEE global sales force you will be part of a highly skilled and motivated team of over 200 sales professionals, all working with a common goal.

INSIDE SALES – PLANSEE SE, SLOUGH (OFFICE BASED), UK
Inside Sales Representative Main Responsibilities
* All aspects of order management & quotation processing
* Maintaining close customer relationships
* Handling of own customer accounts
* Liaising with customers via telephone and emails
* Supporting of the Outside Sales Manager
* Customer Complaint handling
* Office cover (holiday, sick leave)
Inside Sales Representative Requirements And Skills
* An excellent level of education, ideally technology or science based
* At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector
* Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Experience in SAP, basics in project management and process management
* Good communication skills and confident professional manner
* Well organised, good administration, meticulous with a strong attention to detail and able to manage own workload
* Good English skills, additional German language would be advantageous
