Our client is a fast-growing company looking for a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Associate. The position is available due to growth in the team and the role is based in a brand-new facility in Milton Keynes.
Job Responsibilities
* Promote the business, centre and its products and services
* Use a salesforce database and make outbound communication on a daily basis
* Working closely with the Sales manager and the wider team to ensure all leads are followed up.
* To be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business, deal with telephone queries and build relationships with clients
* Use social media sites liked LinkedIn for social networking
Candidate Profile:
* 2+ years’ B2B or B2C sales experience desirable
* Excellent communication skills and an excellent telephone manner
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Good verbal and written skills
* Positive approach to objection handling is essential
* An interest in the IT and sustainability business
