Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 + Bonus

Our client is a national Hire company that are looking for an experienced Hire Sales Controller to join their busy operation near Iver. They have exciting plans which will open a large amount of opportunity as they plan to grow!

As a Hire Controller you will be an essential part of the business ensuring that all hires run smoothly, and every customer receives a 5-star service. Your day will consist of selling the services of the business, negotiating with customers and providing a solution to all their needs.

What we are looking for:

Experience within the Tool Hire or Plant Hire industry
Experience working as a Hire Controller
Sales and negotiation experience
A passion to provide top level customer service
The drive to grow and develop
Great telephone manner
The willingness to go above and beyond for any customer
