Job Overview – Permanent Opportunity
An exciting new role for a high-profile service professional based near Silverstone. Working for a business that is expanding and will offer an opportunity to develop and grow.
You will be working within a busy hire desk dealing directly with internal and external customers. You will need to be sales focussed and responsible for following up quotations.
Key as aspects of this role include
* Managing the service desk, taking calls and developing customer relationship
* Organise delivery utilising both internal and external Transport services.
* Raising Contracts on Bespoke IT System
* To routinely speak to customers to update them and progress work to conclusion and satisfaction.
* To communication efficiently and effectively by telephone and email
* To open, process and close jobs, and to keep our hire fleet management system up to date.
* Resolve customer queries and complaints
* Ensure ongoing compliance with all statutory requirements such as Health & Safety and environmental issues.
Candidate profile
* Computer literate
* Excellent communicator, and be able to multi task
* Team player with a flexible approach
* Able to work with minimum supervision
* Ideally have fleet experience
