Head Of Sales/Sales Director – New Business – BPO
Location: UK (Remote working available)
Hidd Recruitment is proud to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales enthusiast to jump in and take the sales team to a new level.
This role would suit someone who can come in and dive into it as opposed to having done it already; therefore, experience in this role is not necessarily preferred.
The company is a strong BPO with offices in over 150 locations worldwide and over $2b in turnover. They have experienced massive growth over the past year and they are looking to expand even more this year.
In a nutshell, you will be leading the New Sales division and be fully accountable for building, training and motivate the Sales Team and develop new sales pipelines as well as the company portfolio.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Participate and developing winning bids within End UX/CX solutions
– Build new and existing relationships with key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities
– Cross-sell and collaborate with the global teams for wider general new business winning
– Set goals, targets, analyse the growth, provide submissions of required progress, forecasts and yearly budgets set out.
– Sales and accounts weekly/monthly/yearly reports
– New business hunting with existing and new clients
– Start and develop a new business pipeline worth of £3-6m per annum
Requirements
* Proven track record at winning multilingual off-shore Customer Support deals (ideally off-shore within in Philippines/CEE regions)
* Expert consultative selling approach to winning global RFP's exceeding $3m pa
* Driven approach to building strong and lasting relationships with C-level executives within blue-chip companies across Telco, Retail and/or Travel/Aviation sectors.
* Ability to forge strong leading relationships with global C-level executives
* Previous success building effective end-to-end sales teams (inc lead generation)
* Innovative team player with the energy, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to drive success.
* Superb relationship builder, negotiator, and communicator
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
