THE ROLE: As the Southern Head of Inside Sales you will be responsible for the management and development of up to 10 sales team leaders and 80 – 100 Business Development Associates. Your division is responsible for booking appointments for the field based BDM's to sell mobile payment solutions and EPOS systems into any business that wants to accept card payments. This is an extremely autonomous role which will give you the freedom to sell sales strategy, manage, recruit and develop a fantastic, high performing sales leadership team that are based in Milton Keynes. This position is office based 5 days per week.

THE PERSON: To succeed in this role, you will need to be hugely driven, motivational, organised with a proven track record of sales management success within fast paced, high activity environments. What you have sold previously isn't important, but you will need to be able to demonstrate a track-record of exceeding sales targets as a sales leader, setting a sales strategy, delegating and inspiring performance from the top down. THE PACKAGE FOR HEAD OF INSIDE SALES:

Basic: £60,000 – £65,000
Bonus: £30,000 on top, UNCAPPED and paid monthly
