We’re looking for an ambitious recent college graduate who is looking to embark on a lucrative career in sales as a Growth Associate, but more than that, someone who wants to make an instant impact!
As a Growth Associate you’ll be:
Obtain a thorough knowledge of the company offering and the market it operates within, in order to have valuable conversations regarding the business
Providing expert advice and recommendations to prospects and existing clients alike
Deliver end to end customer acquisition campaigns and support strategic decisions to ensure the company is successfully targeting the best markets
Develop and create strategies for resourcing and general growth of the customer/client base
Identify new opportunities, leveraging the existing network of talent and brands, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision makers
Work closely with Managers and other senior team members, gaining exposure and skills across all job roles within the company

A competitive base salary of £25k basic, with £30k once OTE factored in!

Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commercial acumen
