Our client is partnering with a new customer with sites across Canada and Europe and are creating a unique role combining the skills of Professional Services & Project Management with Enterprise Account Management. This is an exciting opportunity to maximise your skills across many areas. You will be given the opportunity to make an impact on customers daily lives, driving their businesses forward. In this role you will be an integral member of the team, responsible for providing the direction and leadership necessary for the successful implementation and onboarding of new accounts and the ongoing management of the customer to strategically support customer growth.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Understanding the capabilities of our product and the customer requirements, driving growth through upselling, cross-selling and price management.
Working collaboratively with the respective teams, you will support the sales activity in delivering presentations and proposals, manage the deployment, onboarding, training.
Regular contact and excellent relationship building skills to help the customer understand and use the analytics to drive return on investment and partner their growth plans.
Proactive account management activity to achieve revenue generation, customer satisfaction and retention.
Promoting and driving a passionate customer driven culture by ensuring a strong focus on delivery, execution and the needs of the customer.
Travel to customer locations across Europe as required.
We are looking for someone with:
Fluency in French – preferably mother tongue.
Technical competency – across multiple platforms including regular office software.
Experience of leading and managing projects across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Experience of metrics that drive customer operations with successful results.
Ability to analyse and problem solve, pushing boundaries.
Willingness to connect with diverse types of customers, markets and processes to generate new ideas & solutions.
Ability to drive quality results with speed and deliver business objectives on time.
Desire to take ownership and maintain exceptional customer support levels during periods of high business and team growth.
Flexibility to self-manage work across European working hours.
Willingness to travel to customer locations across Europe as required.
Strong relationship building skills; influencing and motivating others.
