As the Bilingual Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business in the French regions. You will establish and maintain good relationships with French clients by building trust and providing knowledge, support, and assistance to ensure the generation of future sales.
This role is the ultimate sales position. You will frequently cover all the best aspects of working in sales, account management, field sales, promotional planning, and lead generation. With the uncapped opportunity this role has to offer, there is a high possibility for quick succession to Country Manager.
Main responsibilities
Outbound sales prospecting – introducing yourself, the company, products, and services to potential clients.
Conduct calls and arrange client visits daily.
Always suggest relevant and applicable upsells during client transactions.
The accurate administration of office systems, inputting orders, client information and account details.
Maintain precise records of all sales leads and visits using CRM software.
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs.
Attend B2C & B2B events to network with stores and vapers and to gain consumer feedback.
Key skills and experience
Must be a French Native or Bilingual French/English speaking based a commutable distance from Milton Keynes.
Frequent travel to France will be required.
Exceptional verbal & written skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication.
The ability to read and internalise technical and legislative documents to advise other areas of business.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Field Sales or Account Management.
Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills.
Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure.
