Field Sales Account Manager, Home Counties, £45,000 basic + Commission + Company Car/Car Allowance. Home based. Covering London and South East.

This incredibly rare Field Sales Account Manager role is working for a firm who supply the biggest households names within the construction industry. You will be inheriting a rich client base with a turnover of circa £2million and will be targeted on developing these accounts through creating strong relationships.

You will be working with an impressive warm client base who have be carefully nurtured and developed over the last 20 years. This client base features a number of highly reputable companies, who are enviable accounts to manage.

The role will require some new business but will be largely account management based.

This is a home based role, covering London and the South East. Ideally you will be situated within the Home Counties, and will have access to the local commuting belts.

Ideally you will have 3+ years sales experience within the construction industry, understand how to assist in the delivery of projects and be consultative in your sales approach. It is also important to have a technical understanding and you will be required to do preliminary site visits to help assist in the sales process.

I would suggest this is the perfect role for someone who is perhaps frustrated by the unremitting drive for new business and is looking for something more consultative with higher levels of autonomy. This role also provides a brilliant opportunity to be commercially creative and demonstrate entrepreneurship.
