Field Sales Account Manager, FMCG, Home Counties, £55,000 – £60,000 basic + Uncapped Commission OTE 75-80k. Plus Car Allowance. Home based. Covering UK.

This incredibly rare Field Sales Account Manager role is working for a firm who supplier of FMCG products. You will be inheriting a rich client base of over 130 accounts with a turnover of a circa £2 million and will be targeted on developing these accounts through creating strong relationships.

You will be working with an impressive warm client base who have be carefully nurtured and developed over the last 20 years with some relationships dating back 35 years. This client base features a number of highly reputable companies, who are enviable accounts to manage.

This is a home based role, covering UK wide. Ideally you will be situated within the Home Counties, and will have access to the local commuting belts. You must be used to planning and developing territories and be a self starter.

You will also be given the responsibility to manage the UK strategy for developing business for this firm, and you will be considered a key figurehead within the sales team. This firm operate internationally, and are looking for a business development led salesperson, who has the experience and personality to manage their key accounts.

Unusually, the role does not require any specific industry sector sales experience and it is all about your personality and approach to sales. You must have B2b sales experience and be able to demonstrate prior success in a business development role. Full market and product training will be given.
