A market leader in the water treatment industry is looking for a Part-time Field Sales Account Manager/Commercial Sales Account Manager! This role has come about due to growth as they are so busy.
They are looking for a Part-time strategic Account Manager who will want to learn about their industry, who will learn how to sell to Mechanical and Electrical Contractors and Building Merchants! Can you sell to someone in the construction world then sit in front of a corporate client? Are you able to adapt your selling style?
This is a great opportunity for someone who is not from the industry, and they want to learn a new market or someone who is in the industry looking for a fresh new challenge!

£15k-£18k OTE £10K which includes a team bonus and a personal commission uncapped pro-rata. Head office based in Buckinghamshire & role is WFH.
The territory is within a one and half hour radius of High Wycombe covering customer accounts in Buckinghamshire, North London, Bedford, Northants and Hertfordshire the region is called Central Mid West.
Office/Work from Home: You will work from home and be expected to come into the office at least once a month or when there are team meetings. If you want to work in the office for more days, that is also possible.
You will have over 800 existing accounts to tap into! Some of which are Key Accounts, lapsed and old accounts.
Responsibilities:
* To support the UK team / company in monitoring and updating the relevant projects and accounts within the CRM by following the company standards.
* To build effective working relationships with UK Mechanical and Electrical Contractors and building merchants discussing project builds from tendering stage through to shipment via face to face visits (Office and/or site), written (Outlook), remote (Zoom/Teams) and verbal (Telephone) communication as per the company standards.
* To achieve set sales targets.
* To be aware technically of all the water treatment products by attending company training/meetings, listening to and reading any product information communicated by the companies Technical Team, Specification Team, Commercial Team or Servicing Team.
* To demonstrate daily the company's core values and be a key part of the company mission statement and vison.
* Complete a company daily timesheet to reflect focus and mileage when visiting customers face to face.
* Business development: To be proactive in establishing + then building customer relationships to create new selling routes within the region.
Benefits:
*£15,000 to £18,000 base salary depending on prior Sales and Account Manager experience.
*24/25 hours per week over 5 or 4 days to be discussed, flexible working pattern.
*Sliding scale monthly bonus scheme based on company target achievement pro-rata. Uncapped scheme based on 100% achievement at £5,000 per year, full time. Example: Full time working equates to £416.67 a month for 100%, £500 a month for 120% achievement.
This is based on YTD figures and adapts monthly.
*Sliding scale based on company target, year-end bonus up to £5,000 for full time working, pro-rata. Uncapped scheme based on 100% achievement bonus of 5k extra in January pay. (pro-rata).
*Use of company pool car for customer face to face appointments.
*16 days holiday, including bank holidays, set office Christmas closure period, holiday entitlement increases after 5 years working within the company.
*Life assurance: 3 x base salary.
*Pension auto-enrolment.
*Private Medical insurance after successful completion of probation
